Yet black tea spans a diverse range of grades and styles from comforting sweet malty brews to light fruity first plucks.  Cultivated for 1,000’s of years, it is no wonder that tea is such an institution.  Naturally free of fat, cholesterol, and sugar, tea is great for hydration.  Rich in antioxidants and L-theanine, tea is believed to reduce stress and improve mental focus.
