Mate Tea
Mate, an infusion made from leaves of Yerba Mate native to South America, is high in caffeine and antioxidants. Historically taken ceremonially and used medicinally its flavours are complex. Mate is now enjoyed 'au naturel' or gently flavoured and is increasing in popularity worldwide.
