We use minimal, recycled, recyclable or compostable packaging where possible.

Our new paper based recyclable tea packaging is being phased in and your tea may arrive in packaging which differs from the images shown in our gallery. The packs can be recycled at home and reduce the environmental impact of single use plastic.

In the coming months, we will develop a smarter customised solution suitable for our smaller packs of tea.

In the meantime, we are grateful for your support as we make this important transition towards our long-term goal of responsible packaging.

Sustainability is an ongoing journey. As members of the European Speciality Tea Association (ESTA), we are committed to continuous learning and we regularly review our practices and continuously seek better ways to reduce our environmental impact while supporting responsible tea cultivation worldwide.

Our rural base allows us to maintain a low-impact, energy-conscious workspace, repurposing existing infrastructure wherever possible.  We keep our carbon footprint low by consolidating shipments, reducing unnecessary travel, and using energy efficiently in our workspace.
