Oolong Tea

Oolong is a true speciality.  A semi-oxidised tea originating in China that sits between black and green tea with a wide spectrum of flavours.

The leaves are plucked, sun-withered and allowed to oxidise before pan roasting, rolling and drying.  The flavour magic is in the timing - short oxidisation varieties are light and floral, long oxidisation varieties are deep, rich and roasted.  There's an Oolong tea for everyone!
