This semi-fermented Oolong, or Blue tea, is a popular winner on many levels, being soft in taste and mouthfeel, reminiscent of a smooth whisky.  The Tea House’s perfect after dinner treat, although we do admit to enjoying our Formosa Oolong at any time of day.
