Fantastic example of speciality Oolong tea, or Blue tea as it is known in Taiwan.

Carefully produced, the unbroken slightly curled leaf with a high proportion of unfermented silvery white tips yields a smooth delicate amber liquor with a slightly creamy mouthfeel. 

The elegant aromatic floral aroma gives way to a delicate spicy flavour reminiscent of a refined whisky.  The Tea House’s perfect after dinner treat, although we do admit to enjoying our Formosa Oolong at any time of day.
