Jade Oolong can be steeped many times with each brew developing a distinctive flavour profile.  Also delicious as a cold brew, Jade Oolong is a firm favourite with our customers.

A speciality from the Nantou mountains in Taiwan, this oolong is fermented for only a short period before being rolled by hand.  The jade-coloured leaves  unfurl attractively to reveal a pale amber liquor with rich aromas.
