Pu-erh Tea

Pu-Erh teas come exclusively from China's Yunnan province.  Starting life as green tea, the the leaves are dampened or steamed and allowed gently ferment like a fine wine in controlled conditions.  The result is a tea that brews to a dark liquor with rich earthy or woody flavours.  This delicious speciality tea is believed to aid digestion and support overall gut health.
