Known since Roman times for its health enhancing properties Nettle Tea is made from young shoots of the nettle plant.

Naturally caffeine-free the leaves brews to a dark liquor with an earthy aroma and mellow herbal flavour. A delicious gently diuretic infusion.

Tip: works well with a little honey or mix with Lemon Verbena tea for a brighter flavoured infusion.
