The set includes brewing cup with lid and bowl.
Place approx 3 grams into the cup, pour in hot water, place the lid onto the cup and allow to brew according to our guides.
When the required brew time has elapsed, hold the lid on tightly, turn the cup through 90 degrees and place into the bowl, allowing the liquor to strain through the serrated infuser. Beware, the porcelain will be hot.
Once empty, upturn the lid and use it to inspect the quality of the brewed leaves.
