Water buffalo horn is a natural material - do not expose to high temperatures and avoid prolonged contact with moisture.  Hand wash with washing up liquid in lukewarm water.  Polish with vegetable oil to maintain its sheen.  With good care, your spoon should bring many years of use and enjoyment.
