Classic Bai Hao Yinzhen white tea from Fujian Province. Also known as "White Hair Silver Needle".

Because only first flush young buds from the Da Bai - Large White - cultivar are used, this tea is one of the most valued.

The buds are usually only picked during a sunny morning when the sun has dried any remaining dew off the buds.

Delicate, sweet, taste and pale yellow cup. Steeping/brewing time should be slightly longer than other white teas.
