Silver Needles White Tea
Delicate and sweet white tea from the stunning Guanxi province in southern China.
The silver leaf buds are gently plucked by hand on sunny mornings from the end of March to the beginning of April. After withering, this rare tea is carefully dried at low temperatures and is valued worldwide for its delicate character.
Brewed for slightly longer than green tea, Silver Needles yields a pale yellow cup with excellent clarity. Elegant and smooth on the palate with subtle honeysuckle and stone fruit notes with hints of vanilla.
Steeping time should be slightly longer than other white teas.
Free standard UK delivery for orders over £40.
