An exceptional white tea from Yunnan, China with delicate silvery leaves with a high portions of silvery-coloured tips.  Developing a soft and mild brew with subtle apricot tones, gentle floral aromas and clean aftertaste.

The large, open light green leaf are grown at high altitude, and yield a soft pale cup usually enjoyed over multiple short brews.

Steeping time should be slightly longer than for standard green tea.
