An exceptional white tea from Yunnan, China with delicate silvery leaves.

The large, open light green leaf with its high portions of silvery-coloured tips develops a soft and mild brew with subtle apricot tones, gentle floral aromas and clean aftertaste.

Grown at high altitude, the leaves yield a soft pale cup and are usually enjoyed over multiple short brews.

Steeping time should be slightly longer than for standard green tea.
