Soft, aromatic & fruity a good quality Oolong - semi-fermented or blue tea - from Taiwan (formerly Formosa). 60% fermented. Typically rinsed first, it can be steeped several times. Drink without milk. Oolongs - known also as blue teas - are partially fermented teas. Originating in Taiwan (the modern name for Formosa), they are now extensively produced on mainland China and elsewhere.
