A higher grade Lapsang. The large lower leaves of the tea plant ('Souchong' leaves) are smoked over pine wood rich in resin. Classic smokiness and just a little spicy.

"Souchong" refers to the fourth and fifth leaves of the tea plant that a riper and larger.
